A few things to know

Where do sessions take place?

Private Rebirthing Breathwork sessions and private gong baths take place at Sound Garden in Glencullen, in the Dublin Mountains. Group sessions may take place at different venues, so please check the location in your chosen event listing. We’ll send you directions and practical information before your visit.

Is Rebirthing Breathwork suitable for everyone?

Rebirthing Breathwork involves conscious connected breathing and can be physically and emotionally intense. We ask everyone to complete a health questionnaire before attending so we can discuss individual needs and suitability. If you are pregnant, have a medical or mental health condition, or have any concerns, please contact us before purchasing or booking. Where appropriate, we may ask you to seek advice from your healthcare professional before taking part.

Do I need previous Rebirthing Breathwork experience?

No previous experience is needed. We explain the practice before each session and guide you throughout, with time to ask questions. There is no particular experience you need to achieve, and you can pause or stop at any time. If this is your first session, let us know when booking so we can help you prepare.

How will I receive my gift card?

Your digital gift card will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can forward it to the recipient or print it and give it to them in person. Please keep the gift card code, as it will be needed when booking. If your email hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder or contact us for help.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Contact us with your gift card code and the experience included on your voucher. We’ll help you choose an available date and confirm your booking. Before your visit, we’ll send you practical information, including what to bring and how to prepare. All sessions require advance booking and are subject to availability.

Do I need to choose a date when buying?

No. You can buy a gift card without selecting a date, leaving the recipient free to arrange their session with us afterwards. For gift cards covering two or three people, everyone attends the same group session. We recommend getting in touch early if you have a particular date in mind.

How long is my gift card valid for?

Your gift card is valid for [insert validity period] from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be included with your gift card, so please keep it for reference. We recommend arranging your experience well in advance to allow a choice of available dates. If you have any questions about your expiry date, please contact us.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. Bookings can be rescheduled with at least [insert notice period] notice. Late cancellations and missed sessions are subject to the cancellation policy provided when booking. Retreats and special events may have separate terms, which will be shared before your booking is confirmed.

Can someone else use my gift card?

Yes. You can pass an unused gift card to someone else if you are unable to use it yourself. Please contact us before booking so we can update the recipient’s details and confirm what is included. The original expiry date and gift card terms will still apply. Anyone attending Rebirthing Breathwork will need to complete their own health questionnaire.
