We love to take people deeper into the process and show them what amazing and simple tools we have and how breath can be a self-liberation technique. Proper breathing technique is a key to relaxation. It can be quite a strong process at times, but the stronger the experience, the bigger the release and the feeling of relaxation afterwards. Our role as facilitators is to make sure you can feel safe in the space and make sure you can stay in the breathwork process as our mind can play a lot of tricks to avoid going into the unknown … That’s why doing a few sessions allows our clients to reduce resistance and surrender easily to the process.

Group Session
Join our group sessions, where participants can come together in a supportive environment to explore the transformative power of breathwork. In these sessions, individuals can share experiences, deepen their practice, and connect with others on their journey towards relaxation and self-liberation. At the moment we are doing 2 group sessions per month at Fumbally Stables in Dublin 8 and St Paul’s Parish Centre in Glenageary, Dún Laoghaire
